We recently had the pleasure of helping Linda host a family party in Carbrooke Village in Norfolk.
We arrived a little before 17:00 to begin our preparations for 19:00 service which consisted of a 5 course menu.
Linda's private party menu
Homemade bread with flavoured butters & oils.
Pork shoulder scotch egg, pickled shallot, lettuce hearts, herb oil.
North Sea bream, samphire, garden peas, saffron potatoes, mustard & tarragon veloute.
Suffolk apple crumble tart, apple curd, chilled creme anglaise.
5 local cheese board. fresh fruit, ale chutney & piano bread.
it was an absolute pleasure to meet & cook for you Linda and her guests at her private party. I especially enjoyed the impromptu cookery class before dinner. I hope to see all the family again soon!
