We recently had the honour of helping Ross & Kirstie celebrate their wedding day in the scenic countryside near Berwick-upon-Tweed on the Scottish boarder.
While the wedding party enjoy photographs at the nearby secluded beach, we prepared a bespoke menu selected by the happy couple.
The menu consisted on dishes perfectly suited to the woodland surroundings.
To Start
Pigeon breast with a watercress and beetroot salad, parmesan tuille.
The Main Event
Posh mixed grill – beef fillet, duck breast, and lamb rump served with scalloped potatoes, squash puree, and a red wine demi-glace.
Dessert:
Dark and white chocolate marquise with a hazelnut crumb, and Chantilly cream.
