We recently had the pleasure of helping Vaughan celebrate his 80th Birthday at his beautiful house in Brighton.
We arrived at just before 11:30 to begin our preparations for a 13:30 service.
While Vaughan & Tony waited the guests to arrive and enjoy pre dinner drinks in the lounge, we settled into the kitchen and got to work on a bespoke menu
Come 13:30 it was time to take their seats at the dining table.

Roast guinea fowl, oven roasted vegetables, rosemary & garlic potatoes, red currant sauce.

Welsh cheese board, piano bread, fresh fruit & fig chutney
