We recently had the pleasure of helping Daniel host a family dinner in Swaffham, Norfolk.
While the the guests enjoyed drink, music & blues clues with the children before bed, we got to work on preparing dishes from our Relax Menu
Come 19:30 it was time to take their seats at the dining table.

To Start
Braised beef bon bon served with sriracha mayo and a root vegetable crisp.
The Main Event
Lemon & thyme roast chicken, crushed potatoes, cherry tomato compote & basil pesto.
To Finish
Guinness sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch sauce & clotted cream.
